JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITY:
Working with the executive management team to set a strategic vision for the organization, including the strengthening of strategic relations.
Working to secure funding for projects that you are supervising.
Work on the development of the program that you supervise for WATAN.
Continuous follow-up of the program that you supervise and implement a strategic plan for the expansion of the program.
Writing project proposals and follow-up with all the departments concerned. - Secure the sustainability and the stability of the financial program you supervise.
Work to ensure you get the necessary funds through events to increase fundraising, proposals and professional grant applications.
Managing program that you supervise including all its projects and integration with the complimentary programs.
The construction and development work for the program supervisor manual, and outputs.
Develop a program team work plan that you supervise.
To determine the necessary human resources for the program in addition to working to help employment, training, and orientation of new staff in coordination with the Human Resources Department.

Manage and monitor the budgets of the projects you supervise.
Follow up the implementation of the project programs and to ensure that implementation is in accordance with criteria for projects.
Identify supplies and materials needed for the program and coordination with the procurement department to arrange them into a logical procurement plan. 
Follow-up plans to monitor and evaluate the program and make sure they are linked to the required reports and to support the team to ensure the ability to follow the plan in coordination with the monitoring and evaluation management. 
Follow-up of the initial survey required for the program in collaboration with relevant organizations and ensure documentation is complete and contains all the required information. All information is to be classified and analyzed according to needs. 
To ensure the running of the program and all that it entails is in accordance with the rest of the organization.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

holds a PMP certification.
3 years at least in project management in the civil society organizations.
High communication skills and presentation.
High managerial skills.
Report writing skills.
Knowledge of follow-up financial matters.
Ability to build and manage teams.
